We help empower designers by providing site data that cuts rework, saves time, and reduces costly site visits
SAS Site Audits was formed in 2025, after working on so many projects realising that the only way to provide a good design solution and define a project scope was to start with the right information.

Mark van Tatenhove is a certified project manager with AIPM with over 40 years’ experience in retail and signage design & construction delivery.

He started his career designing the fixtures and fittings for the Myer Department store, working with suppliers, and with clients, so has a very good understanding of the design process, and the need to deliver workable solutions.

SAS now helps design professionals deliver confident solutions by providing on-site CAD measurements, site condition virtual tours and a clear scope of work.

This ensures that projects start with the right base of good information, which in turn leads to successful outcomes. Having clarity at the start of the process is the foundation of any successful project, and by capturing accurate measurements and documenting site realities, SAS can help prevent projects from derailing due to missed or assumed information. This allows designers to make informed choices without rechecking the information.

SAS likes to think of it as fostering belief in the plan and maintaining accountability throughout the build, through site inspections, reporting back on any variances so plans can be modified if required.

SAS offers a range of services, including Revit and 2D AutoCAD drawings from point cloud scanning, virtual tours, written scope summaries, mid-project reviews, defect tracking, and as-built verification.

Mark also provides a complimentary consultation to show how the scanning works, review project briefs and site conditions, identify missing scope items, so that you can confidently make an informed decision on the next steps Feel free to message us or send an email to: mark@siteas.com.au and then we can have a chat about the direction you want to take.
