We have our own AFSL sub license and our own credit license as well, we specialise in property finance being residential, commercial, business real property, industrial property. Our field of expertise are purchases, refinances debt consolidation (including tax debts), investment property, both residential commercial and business premises, rooming houses, co-living properties (which we have our own funding for) and NDIS.
888 funds management is whereby we raise Capital and lend it out as first and Second Mortgages to investors for property development including high-rise, land subdivision including engineering, construction finance, and development finance. Our minimum loan size is from $3m up to $150m which is the biggest deal we have done 18 months ago. We also have access to preferential equity, pure equity and can do a JV between the sponsor and our investors providing the equity.
Cambridge group of companies (incorporating clarity financial group) is our financial planning arm of the business. We specialise in superannuation advice, investment advice (including direct equities), risk insurance advice (life insurance, income protection, Total and permanent disability, crisis insurance), Centrelink advice, self managed superfund advice including setup and implementation. Our main clients are retail, wholesale, and sophisticated clients.
