The Victorian Homeless Fund partners with state government, local council, charitable organisations, industry associations, builders, trades and suppliers to deliver homes for mothers and children escaping family violence at less than half their open market value.
The Victorian Homeless Fund are a group of volunteers who work tirelessly to turn donated land into family homes for vulnerable families. Our committee has a diverse professional background such as a Commercial Building Executive, Marketing Executives, Housing Industry Association CEO, Chartered Practicing Accountant, Property Barrister, Project Architect and Large ASX Listed Corporation Executives just to name a few.
Once homes are completed, fully furnished and landscaped, they are managed by a Specialist not for profit service provider who identifies the tenant/family and provide ongoing support. In previous projects we have worked with Women’s Property Initiative to provide long-term, stable homes where Women and Children are safe.
