I help leaders avoid burnout by slowing down and leading with intention, before exhaustion becomes their team’s problem. I do this through the unexpected power of baking, guided by my REWIRE Framework.

This process offers a unique blend of reflective baking experiences, bold storytelling, and practical leadership rituals, backed by the neuroscience of what actually happens in our brains and bodies when we’re running on speed instead of rhythm.

My journey began with a love of baking that grew into award-winning creative enterprises. Like most leaders, I was taught that speed and constant output were the price of success. Along the way I faced, and recovered from, leadership burnout, which inspired me to turn baking from a craft into a catalyst for mental wellness, resilience, and authentic connection. What I discovered along the way is that the science backs up what baking teaches instinctively: our nervous systems aren’t built for relentless speed, they’re built for rhythm.

Community programs that use shared creative experiences to reduce stress and build connection.
