The 3 Steps To Create a Profitable Online Program

8 years ago I launched my health coaching business to the online space.

One reason for this was to be with my children.  The other was to help more people and really challenge myself in business.

I had had 3 decades of health coaching and health businesses OFFLINE!

So, I was a complete novice online. So, if I can do it anyone can do it.

Here are the 3 STEPS I teach to achieve a Profitable Online Program.

1. Know your niche inside and out. Understand how they think, where they are, WHAT you help them achieve.  Use the words that they use to communicate to them clearly and show how you can help them.
2. Package Up something that solves their problem and gives them a result. A result-based training program is incredible.  All my programs offline and online solve problems and deliver a result to the client.
3. Dominate the market space in that area and drive the best results for the niche possible.
