RISK NO. 1: I will lose control of my work and operations
STRATEGY
You will be working with our experienced and dedicated team who understand the challenges and necessities of organisational growth – keeping businesses profitable with optimal efficiency and allowing clients to continue to provide excellent services and turnaround times. We will provide onshore/offshore leadership and support, and make the transition to offshoring easy and simple for you and your business, but that does not mean that you cede control of your responsibilities. Rest assured, we will always listen to you because you know more about your business than anyone.
Prior to the recruitment of any staff, a job description will be agreed that best describes the role you need to fill; this ensures that the candidate who is the best fit for the role is hired. You will also be involved in the interviews and have the final word.
RISK NO. 2: I have never undertaken offshoring and don’t know how to make it work
STRATEGY
From building the foundations, to slotting in the right people and delivering long-term improvement, our services can support you at each point of your offshoring journey. Here is our three-phase approach:
- Foundations – Business Preparation Services – Kicking off with a desktop review to identify the key opportunities and delivering end-to-end project management that strips out complexity.
- People – People Placement & Management – People and performance management and reporting that delivers ongoing productivity gains and integration with your business.
- Improvement – Transformation – Working in partnership, Intogreat identifies business improvement and growth opportunities, as well as creating practical execution plans.
Intogreat’s enlightening training programs bring heightened awareness and education in areas such as:
- New Ways of Working (NWOW) – This is to establish the operating rhythm, give you background about us, and an understanding of the end-to-end process of our onboarding procedure.
- Cultural Training – This will be conducted with both onshore and offshore staff to bridge cultural gaps and aid cross-cultural communication.
RISK NO. 3: Communication issues
STRATEGY
We provide onshore/offshore leadership and support. The highly skilled and experienced team at Intogreat work in partnership with SME clients to create and deliver optimum business solutions. We work closely with our clients to gauge their business needs and provide the best offshoring resources in a timely fashion. We ensure constant and efficient communication between the offshore and onshore management teams by:
- Running regular staff engagement activities led by offshore team leaders.
- Assigning dedicated offshore change management officers.
- Operating a stringent recruitment process to ensure that the offshore staff who have been hired possess excellent English communication skills.
- Performing quarterly business reviews.
- Leading daily/weekly/monthly meetings and coaching sessions.
RISK NO. 4: Offshoring will result in a decrease in productivity and quality as the staff lack the necessary qualifications or experience
STRATEGY
We will present you with key performance indicators based on the established job description from which the staff will be assessed, with the aim of making sure that you are satisfied with their output. You will receive monthly productivity updates and reports from our offshore team leads and you also have the option to have your staff complete a timesheet; this will log their daily tasks so you can view their daily productivity at a glance.
