Recollection Spirits is a small-batch craft distillery based in Melbourne, founded by two travellers, Inna and Igor. Recollection was born from our love of travel and the belief that some moments deserve to be captured in more than just photographs.
In our distillery, we use traditional copper stills and carefully selected botanicals to craft gins that reflect the character of the places that have inspired us. Each batch is thoughtfully distilled to capture the spirit of a destination – not just its flavours, but the feeling of being there.
Every bottle we make is an invitation to pause, connect, and share an experience – no passport required.
