Chef Pete Hilcke received training with the Royal Australian Navy before heading one of Australia’s premier members only club kitchens, the RACV City Club. Since debuting on Australian television, he continues his role as a sustainable seafood Chef and presenting on The Australian Seafood Show and numerous others across Foxtel and radio.
