My name is Ingrid Pich. I am a personal trainer & group fitness instructor, and for nearly 10 years I have worked with hundreds of people to lose weight and improve their health.

I specialise in working with people who have health issues like Type 2 Diabetes, or a lack of health and mobility due to obesity or a life time of unhealthy living.
