Our Wellness Wings program is dedicated to supporting the mental health of essential workers. We are proud to offer RACGP-approved training designed to equip primary healthcare professionals—including GPs, nurses, and junior doctors—with the skills to prioritise their own mental well-being and positively impact their patients and communities.

Our approach goes beyond individual development, as we also help organisations create psychosocially safe workplaces where mental health is prioritised. We guide employers in implementing psychological safety practices that not only comply with workplace safety policies but also foster a culture of well-being that supports the long-term success of their teams.
