It can be tough to know how to get started on a piece of work, with a chaotic jumble of tasks and deadlines swirling around in your head. In those moments, have you ever wished for a simple template that would help you plan your work and get the job done?
Well…wish granted!
Click here for a simple power point template that will help you plan exactly how you’ll get your work done on just one page. And if you want to get fancy, let’s call it your project implementation plan.
I’m a visual person, I like to see my projects outlined on one page. And I’ve learned over the years that so do lots of people (especially busy executives and managers!). People are frequently more interested and engaged in my work when I can show them an easy to digest, visual representation of what the project is and what it will deliver.
Plus, it’s always better to plan out how you’ll deliver a piece of work, whatever it is, before diving in to save time and hassles later on. Why not make those plans on one page that you can share with other people?
Now of course there are time when project implementation plans necessarily need to be more complex than one page. But I firmly believe in simplifying where you can.
Let me know how this project implementation plan template works for you or if you have any questions.
And don’t forget, this isn’t a “set and forget” implementation plan! Revisit and revise regularly to implement your project successfully.
